Refund Policy

Summary
Refunds within 14 days of purchase are honored, no questions asked. The 7-day free trial exists so you can try before you buy. But if you bought and it didn’t work out, email us and we’ll refund you.
Refund window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis only.
How to request a refund
- Fill out the contact form using the email address you used at checkout and select “Refund request” as the topic.
- Include your Lemon Squeezy order number (shown on your receipt email).
- A brief note on why you’re asking is appreciated, but not required.
Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days.
What happens after a refund
- The payment is returned to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy. Depending on your bank, the refund may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
- Your license key is revoked. The extension will detect this on its next periodic license check and return to the paywall state.
- Your locally tracked LinkedIn data remains on your device and can still be exported to CSV.
What isn't refundable
- Purchases where the license key has been publicly shared or used in violation of the Terms of Service.
- Chargebacks filed with your bank without first contacting us. These are processed by Lemon Squeezy under their dispute rules and may take longer than a direct refund.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please email us first. We’ll issue a refund directly, which is faster for you than going through your bank. Filing a chargeback without a prior refund request typically delays the outcome by several weeks.
